Chief Justice John Roberts doesn't seem to have the judicial acumen of a traffic court judge. During the course of the impeachment trial in the U.S. Senate, Americans have now seen the chief justice have three historical strikes. Consequently, the Senate should immediately vote to have case dismissed, against President Trump. Our fairly elected president should be immediately acquitted of these most politically driven bogus charges in American constitutional history.
Strike one by John Roberts is simple, based on the conduct of his presiding over the trial. It is obvious that he has been over-the-top prejudiced against President Trump by not holding House Democrat managers accountable for their gross breach of decorum.
Early in the proceedings, Chief Justice Roberts invoked a precedent from 1905, using the word "pettifoggery," to establish decorum during the impeachment trial the Constitution makes him preside over.
Definition of pettifogger
2: one given to quibbling over trifles
"I think it is appropriate for me to admonish both the House managers and the president's counsel in equal terms to remember that they are addressing the world's greatest deliberative body," Roberts said. "One reason it has earned that title is because its members avoid speaking in a manner and using language that is not conducive to civil discourse."
Yet the chief justice of the United States allowed Chairman Nadler to call the president of the United States a dictator
"This is a determination by President Trump that he wants to be all-powerful, he does not have to respect the Congress, he does not have to respect the representatives of the people, only his will goes," said Nadler. "He is a dictator."

Respect is earned, Nadless
Roberts is a substitute teacher in a school in a rough neighborhood.
He should just declare impeachment a tax and be done with it.
Cue the clips of Obama saying he will create laws on his own.
Controlled-biased Roberts has now COVERED-UP
the murder of 100’s of Ukrainians including LEO.
Shame on SCOTUS. Shame. Shame. Shame.
Chief Justice Roberts successfully, in a typical bumbling way, revealed the name of the whistle-blower. Good job, pal. Thanks!
Timperlake missed Point 4. Roberts read the question by Patrick Leahy accusing President Trump of “thousands of lies”. That is no better (and in my opinion considerably worse) than the Rand Paul questions that Roberts refused to read.
I...Deem. ..It. ..Passed. ..
I really wonder what Clarence Thomas thinks of this whole thing — the House, the Senate, the Chief Justice. For anyone who knows the Constitution, this must surely hurt.
He doesn’t have the respect of Congress yet he has signed legislation after legislation that has been passed by Congress and judge after judge that have been confirmed by the Senate. Weird.
If the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is IMPEACHED, who presides over the trial?.......................
“Cue the clips of Obama saying he will create laws on his own.”
Phone. Pen. That’s all it takes, right?
IMPEACH HIS SORRY ASS....................................
Nadler (a.k.a. the Waddler) is one potato short of being a dictator.
Truth be told most of the House demonic-rats need 'to be brought to heel'!!!!!!
...said Nadler. “He is a dictator.”
If he’s a dictator, why hasn’t Nadler been shoved into an triple-wide gas chamber by now?
This made up impeachment is like very drunk sex, the man cannot preform and no one is happy with the outcome......
Dictator?! Would a dictator allow the people leading the coup against him to still be walking the earth?
