Any Democratic candidate who has won both the Iowa Caucus and New Hampshire Primary has gone on to be the D nominee.

True. Carter, Gore and Kerry won both and went on to win the nomination. Bill Clinton won neither and managed to win.

If he pulls that off, would they screw him over again?

They'd like to. But if Bernie wins both he will be hard to stop. Democrats will change the procedure for next time.
