This is hard to enforce.
Easier to limit citizenship to those who’s mom or dad are citizens at the time of birth.
https://aim4truth.org/2018/09/01/the-true-back-story-of-the-missing-13th-amendment/
It removed Citizenship from ALL LAWYERS and prevented them from serving in Government at any level.
So now it is somehow against the law to ask if the person is pregnant? It’s not like a job interview.
The ‘anchor baby’ BS must stop, NOW!
It isn’t to get a “coveted passport” - it’s to get Citizenship!
LOL
I might grow to like that one.
That’s a very interesting subject.
I’ve never heard it mentioned before.
Thanks again.
Banning pregnant women is terribly discriminatory. They ought to also ban pregnant men, so that the transformers will be on board with this policy.
“I suspect it would be best if we take on the 14th Amendment when we take back the House.
Birthright citizenship should be limited to the children of U. S. Citizens, born on U. S. Soil in some manner. (Embassy grounds or Consulates, Army bases, and a few other possible situations)”
I saw a report on a European woman who came here knowing she had a kidney issue.
Sure enough, she wound up getting a kidney here at our expense.
Then she went home happy as a lark, and probably criticized us for not having nationalized health care like her perfect nation.
I agree that this should be prevented from taking place.
part of the enforcement falls on those who are supposed to monitor visa overstays - an area sorely lacking as evidenced by the millions already in the US with expired visas. But then, when you have too many migrants hired to govt positions in the name of AA (which should only apply to heritage blacks), it’s the foxes guarding the hen house isn’t it?
This lie has been perpetuated for far too long. The 14th Amendment is quite clear about who is a citizen if born in the US. Enough of the Chinese and Central Americans who think their child born here is a citizen. Anyone with half a brain can understand this.
I mean, come on! They come in for two months, give birth, vote Democrat five times, then go home...what’s the big deal? :)
Didn’t you see that I was being sarcastic? Read the rest of my post.
