Have to disagree. The ones you mentioned are truly dumb but Patty Murray is on a whole different level when it comes to dumb. Her IQ doesn't rise to the level of that of a houseplant.
Years ago when back when I lived in Washington State and Linda Smith was running against Patty Murray, the Smith campaign was desperately trying to schedule a debate. A former student of mine was on the Patty Murray staff and I asked him about the debate. He told me that they had watched Linda Smith in debate and concluded that she was sharp as a tack in debate while Patty was as sharp as a marble (his description). Told me that the Murray campaign would never agree to a debate.
