I’m old and I’ve had three heroes in my life.

First and foremost is Winston Churchill and his leadership throughout the first half of the 20th century, particularly WWII (of him I have no direct experience, only historical in nature). The second is Ronald Reagan for his peaceful destruction of the Soviet Union, along with my number three hero, Pope John Paul II and his part in the fall of the Soviets.
