Wow - imagine trying to claim a lotto prize with a fax as your proof!
It is amazing that while our own government invades our privacy with the Patriot Act, they are allowing illegals to open bank accounts with consulate cards - they are issued by a foreign government! Here in NJ we also have to provide all kinds of ID to get a drivers license, and last week they determined illegals may get them as well...
