A Public Advocate 3 months down the road would become a member of the corrupt old team.

It’s time to abolish secret in agency courts.

The FISA court judges are part of the “Deep State” too.

The only way to clean up this mess is to rescind all laws except the Constitution and start from scratch.

If it requires the blood of tyrants and Patriots then so be it.

She is now demanding that the FBI present the steps it will take to remedy these problems in future surveillance warrant applications.

You want to remedy these problems, Judge-ette? Throw Comey's ass in jail!

Mark Levin: It's time for FISA court judges to face scrutiny Mar 1, 2018 - Youtube 10:20

Levin presented Judge Collyer with a legal filing about taking action on the fraud presented to her court. She responded with lies.

Is it a crime to lie to the FISA court? If not, then there’s nothing to charge Comey with. If there is, he should be arrested and charged.

I think Carter Page and General Flynn may disagree with you.

FISA Courts exist so government and our elites can remain politically correct.

If it is so easy for the intel agencies to weedle their way through the court, it sounds like time for a wholesale change.

Maybe if they put the court in a retired C-130 on the runway in North Dakota.

If the Fisa Court felt as though it was “hood winked,” they sure took their time to react.

For two and a half years, we have been made to believe that the FBI knew how to investigate real crimes. Come to find out they DON’T.

NOW,THIS WAS NOT A SECRET. THERE HAVE BEEN ARTICLES, HEARINGS, INVESITGATIONS, LIES, APOLOGIES, REGARDING THIS HORRIBLE ABUSE OF THE SYSTEM.

PEOPLE WHO NEVER PAY ATTENTION TO POLITICAL CRAP, KNOW ABOUT THIS.

AND FISA JUDGES WOULD HAVE US BELIEVE THAT THEY WERE SO ASTONISHED BY ALL THE ALLEGATIONS THAT THEY BECAME PARALIZED AND WERE UNABLE TO STEP FORWARD AND SAY:

THIS IS A LOAD OF CRAP!!!!

Not only are they allegedly guilty of commission, but they are guilty of NOT STEPPING UP TO TELL US THE TRUTH.

I HAVE NO REASON TO BELIEVE THEIR DEFENSE.

THE SHOULD BE ASHAMED...AND THEY ARE NOT....

The Judiciary has been out of control in our nation. They have way too much power, and other than the appeal process, and those judges who have to undergo elections, there is zero accountability.

The whole idea of deference to the judiciary (e.g. “All rise”, “Yes, Your Honor”) is wrong IMHO. Judges, and those who work for them, are supposed to be public servants, not members of the ‘House of Lords’.

I think all Judges should be put under oath when they enter the courtroom. In front of the entire courtroom they should start each and every session with an oath to seek truth without bias, and an oath to recuse themselves if they have any prejudices, preconceptions, or professional associations that would or could compromise their impartiality in any of the cases before them.

True, but it was started by a Democrat and therefore a tool to destroy freedom. I’ll give the Dems credit they never waiver from their goals, no matter how long it takes.

1. I’m not convinced Carter Page was a victim here. I’d say there’s a good chance he was a complicit player with the CIA and FBI in all this.

2. Flynn’s situation had nothing to do with the FISA surveillance. There was no need to get a FISA warrant on him because his communications were intercepted while he was in contact with the Russian ambassador (the FISA warrant is not needed for foreign surveillance targets).

We would have to believe that internet memes were better informed than the ObamaJudge that issued the warrants.
