Officials at Philadelphia’s Temple University are reviewing a video which features a white student and references to the campus neighborhood as a “ghetto.”
According to The Philadelphia Inquirer, the video shows the student “in front of images of rowhouses, some with boarded-up windows” along with the caption “going to a city school and walking two blocks off campus for a party.”

Obviously, the fact that the neighborhood either is or is not a ghetto matters not.
Such is progressive logic.

A University is where you now go to NOT have free speech.
Where you go to get accused of stalking, or maybe raping.
Where you go to get a bit older and be saddled with debt.
Where you learn you are an unwelcome, stealing, plundering settler.
Aside from hard science majors requiring LABS, why go to University..?
Technically, you may be correct.
In reality, leftist professors can make the student's academic career miserable, in a hundred ways.

Been there a couple times, I can testify that Temple U is located in a ghetto. Certainly not a place I would want to be at night or drive a nice car to.
Going to Google maps and selecting Street View, anyone can see for himself that the kid is correct.
Cousin recent Temple grad. Bad bad neighborhood.
The fact is, the area IS a ghetto and I wouldn’t send my child there; grandchild in my case. The shame of it is I grew up as a kid 5 blocks from Temple and the neighborhood was a great place with mansions where the professors lived with carefree fun to be had and life was good. Then it happened!
Penn is an Ivy League school, and that neighborhood isn’t much better.
OK, here's a cottage industry for the few neutral or conservative professors or retired professors: Offer a review service of student papers in their field and give an honest opinion of the grade earned. Then the conservative student can have a basis for comparison to determine if his grades are being influenced by political factors.

One of my daughters went to University of the Pacific ... great school but another place with great crime rate surrounding to prepare kids to live in other crime infested cities of America.

I went to UF the residential neighborhood close to the campus was known as the “student ghetto” race had nothing to do with it. The older housing and general rundown look of the area. did.
