(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that a federal court ordered a hearing for Friday, December 13, 2019, on the Congressional Democrat IT (information technology) scandal involving the Awan brothers.
The hearing was ordered in accordance with a November 2018 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, which was filed after the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) failed to respond adequately to two separate FOIA requests (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:18-cv-02563)).
The hearing is before U.S. District Court Judge Amit P. Mehta.

I think the Democrats have passed the point of no return. They’ve been brainwashed by the fawning press and radical progressives. It is sad the Trump is having to endure this, but the silver lining is the the Democrats are jumping off a cliff en masse.
Is there a difference between voting yes and voting aye?
This is a big gift to Trump. 100% partisan coup attempt. Voters will punish the Dems.
We need though to push this into next year so it’s the ONLY issue in the 2020 campaign.
To that end, I suggest Trump challenge the impeachment up to SCOTUS as there’s no allegation of the Constitutionally required “high crime or misdemeanor.”
That should delay things 2-3 months. We then can do a 3-4 month Senate trial and take it to the middle of next year.
