House Democrats are stampeding to impeach President Trump without evidence of any crime.
On Monday, Dems will make their case based on Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff’s impeachment report. It claims to present “stark evidence of misconduct.”
In reality, the report plays tricks to frame Trump and damage his re-electability, while bending over backward to inoculate Joe Biden from accusations of foreign scandal. This isn’t a fact-finding report. It’s a Democratic campaign plan. Democrats can’t undo 2016, but they are determined to rig 2020. Tellingly, it treats Biden as if he has already got the nomination.

Maybe this is part of their plan. They knew going in they had nothing. Yet they proceeded with the farce to try to damage the President’s image and re-election efforts. They’ve dragged this circus clown act out just about as much as they can in the House. If and when it ends up in the Senate, the complete legal hash they made in the House may incline, even force the Senate to dismiss due to the lack of evidence and denial of anything even close to due process. They may want that - so they can scream to high heaven in their lapdog MSM about the GOP controlled Senate playing politics (remember, it is SOP for the ‘rats to shamelessly accuse others of exactly what they themselves are doing). They’ll use that to go after any Senate GOP seats they can. This may be their script for the final act.
I don’t know why Mulvaney Giuliani Bolton Pence Pompeo won’t testify.

Fellows, you are missing the real motivation but you’re close. All Democrats hated Trump from the moment he took the oath of office. And they were stunned that he didn’t aggressively pursue the Russian hoax because his AG (Sessions) was a proper southerner and a wilted piece of lettuce.
The Mueller report, and the impeachment proceedings, were always meant as both projection and a feint. They know that the sh-t will hit the fan when the truth about Russia and Ukraine comes out, and we find that members of the Obama Administration, and sworn members of the Cabinet, committed treason.
So they rushed to impeachment to be ahead of the game. They will claim that indictments of Brennan, Comey and others are just “payback” for a legitimate investigation into the President’s “wrongdoings.” This has always been their game. And our media is so gullible, and so biased that they will play this angle 24/7.
So when you see Democrats doing something that makes no sense, something that is contrary to common practice or fairness or decency, it’s because they need to get this done first. They need to claim that it’s payback and does not have merit in its own right.

I can see that.
I wouldn’t bet against you on that. It is a very real possibility. It is certain that crimes were committed by bammy and members of his administration with his knowledge and consent. It is not certain if they will ever be recognized officially, let alone prosecuted, even more remotely that there be any prison time served. I’d love to see it. That might actually restore a little bit of faith in there being something like justice here. But as long as Hillary skates free, even with everyone knowing she deleted 30,000+ emails and knowingly, repeatedly exposed classified information... Saying there’s justice for her ilk is a very hard sell. I don’t see it, and I no longer expect it.
