Lindsey Graham is neither Trump’s attorney who decides what witnesses to offer for the defense, which may be Rudy or someone else.Nor is he the judge, who will rule on evidentiary questions. That will be the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

The “blackmail” is not in evidence. It’s speculation as to why he ruled as he did. If he was blackmailed, it was by the Obama administration. They are no longer in power. You could do worse. In Buffalo, there used to be a judge named Judge Harry Forehead. No joke. He was a lush and a horrible jurist. I’ve seen trials where a judge was making nasty gestures while the plaintiff’s attorney spoke, who rushed the attorneys through summation, because he had to fly home to watch a ballgame, and another who gave ridiculous rulings that a 1st year law student would know was wrong, in order to pressure the sides to settle.

Dear sir, I know you are not naive. just as a police officer is aware of an illegal gun on a suspect, but cannot prove it, so are many of us aware of this blackmail. Even his fellow SCOTUS members were shocked at his sudden reversal, and if you recall his announcement of his decision on live TV, you will remember his obvious discomfort -- nay, desperation!

A police officer is aware of an illegal gun on a suspect has probable cause to investigate based on his demeanor, how he keeps tapping his pocket and looking around. So he takes steps, whether by getting the drop on him and making him “assume the position,” or with a jiu jitsu move he learned at the academy. That’s how he proves it. By disarming the suspect before anyone gets hurt.

No steps taken here, other than to gripe about how bad Judge Roberts is for years on end. Too late to put in a complaint. Play the cards you’re dealt. The real judge is the public, who, thanks to three years of overkill by the MSM, can smell BS a mile off regarding impeachment.
