James Clyburn Floats Amendment to ‘Get Rid of Impeachment Altogether’ if Pelosi Fails

Impeachment has always been a strictly partisan political action. Nixon came closest to being bipartisan. Congress cannot use it as the founders intended. Might as well amend the Constitution to remove it altogether.
