Don't make the mistake of idealizing the average divorce judge. He has the connections to get one who hates Trump and Kellyanne appointed to their case, and she knows it. Many of today's judges are some of the rottenest of all the rotters who are ruining our judiciary and legal system.
George Conway does abuse his wife. Moreover the kind of abuse he engages in is pernicious and potentially emotionally debilitating, particularly if she is not receiving professional counseling to contend with it, including both psychological counseling and spiritual counseling. That said, as far as any of us knows, there is no physical violence or other brutality or sexual cruelty, no out-of-control substance abuse, no adultery or public philandering, and no obvious child endangerment or other criminal activity. He appears smart enough to know where the line is and he is staying away from the wrong side of it. The Church is likely telling her that as a devoted member of the faithful, her lot in life, for the time being at least, is to continue to forego the option of civil divorce, and instead, continue bearing up under her suffering, offer that suffering up to God in supplication, and pray for the reversion of her husbsnd. It sounds harsh to the secular ear, but that is undiluted Catholic doctrine as it relates to the Sacrament of Marriage. Meaning, that is the truth. Ultimately, we should all be happy and thankful to God to hear it.

George Conway, sanctimonious progressive liberal scold and stunt-puller, recklessly emotionally antagonizes his wife, justifying his behavior by pointing at the president and , in effect, saying, no cost is to great for my wife to pay for me to would Trump politically and potentially play a part in prematurely ending his presidency.
The fake news press smiles and gives him a pass, every time.
But reverse the politics and what would the situation be? If Trump were a Democrat and Kellianne a prominent liberal White House communications staffer, and her husband a blowhard conservative bent on wrecking his own home on the way toward deposing prezzy, how brutal would the press be toward the guy? How quickly would his law career end?
Republican, conservative teeth-gritting tolerance of George Conway’s behavior, the fact that they never think twice about the possibility of ending his two-bit reign of terror or how it might be done, shows that they are mature adult Americans who know what life in this country is all about, or at least should be.
Republican conservativres generally don’t engage in the excesses of Cancel Culture. Don’t you think that’s a good thing?
