On Tuesday, Nov. 19, the Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General released a new report. No, not that one. It was not the FISA abuse report, also dubbed “The Spygate Report,” that has been anticipated for more than a year. This was a different report that involved serious issues with the FBI’s uses of what are called “Confidential Human Sources” (CHS) or “informants”.

Here we go again with the intent defense. My question is; if no intent, then why has this gone on for four f*n years? The obvious answer is that there was (and continues to be) intent. Intent to subvert our elections, much to delight of Putin. Intent to destroy our Constitutional Republic. Intent to install a dictatorship.

How does one prove political bias anyway? It will be interesting to see if the report says the “low level lawyer” had a bias because of his texts but not the two love birds...all three were kicked off of muellers team

After what happened to Comey in the last IG report , I’ve given up on any prosecution.
The RICO statutes were designed to work around the “intent” issue—and the administration would invoke them against the coup plotters—if they were serious about going after the coup plotters.

I how I’m wrong but it looks like it’s another cover up.
Look barr doesn’t want the top to go to jail. That means all cases they prosecuted will need to be reviewed and possibly retried. That’s not happening.
Other than being one of them the FBI and doj don’t go after their own because it causes a ton of more work and let’s bad guys go free.
They will find a low level stager to blame it on... And it looks like they have finally done that.

As I recall there was a Comey referral in that IG report - for leaking. It was Barr who declined to prosecute.
And wisely I might add. He would be prosecuting Comey for crimes routinely committed daily by D.C politicians. Better wait for the Liitle Fish Report from Horowitz and the Big Fish Report from Durham.

Barr isn’t “one of them”. He was brought on to kick some ass and he will do it.
So far he has taken a pass on opportunities to prosecute. So maybe next time he won’t pass it up I guess.
