More cases of teens behaving badly on Chestnut Street in Center City have surfaced causing some business owners to think a nearby school should be relocated.
Giovanni's Bar and Grille, located near 16th and Chestnut, captured video of a teen kicking one of their customer's dogs then stealing the customer's food on November 2 around 6 p.m.
It was a Saturday night, but restaurant owners recognize the kids from during the week and believe they attend one of the area schools.
On Wednesday, a group of teens from Philadelphia Electrical and Technology Charter School brutally beat a driver who ran after them after a teen vandalized his car while at a stoplight at 15th and Chestnut. This happened at 1:30 p.m., in broad daylight.

A BAR asking for a school to be moved because it harms the neighborhood (and they’re right in this instance)
The irony is thick. It used to be church people that would try to get nuisance bars out of the neighborhood. In an Orwellian world bar patrons are afraid of nuisance school children and try to get the school moved.
I recall a few years ago, there were concerns about the safety of Temple University, as it’s located in a bad neighborhood.
I personally know someone who wouldn’t send their child there, because it’s such a bad area, thought the university apparently has a good reputation for the field of study the child wanted to major in.
Imagine the uproar we would hear, if a major university decided to relocate from a bad area. Jesse and “Reverend” Al, among others, would condemn them as racist.
This is when you want a Bruce Lee or Billy Jack type to show up and beat down the whole gang of miscreants. Punks.

Most of them will either be dead or in prison before they hit 21.
Some more “Broad Street bullies”, from Broad & Chestnut Streets.
Back in 2011, the Mayor Nutter of Philadelphia, said, “Pull up your pants and buy a belt ‘cause no one wants to see your underwear or the crack of your butt. If you walk into somebody’s office with your hair uncombed and a pick in the back, and your shoes untied, and your pants half down, tattoos up and down your arms and on your neck, and you wonder why somebody won’t hire you? They don’t hire you ‘cause you look like you’re crazy. You have damaged your own race.” Nutter, who is black, also called out absentee fathers. Nutter was heavily criticized for saying these things.
Those darn teens again.
