Synopsis
A gathering storm: Incompatible views of the American experience. Inevitable clash, between advocates of dependence on bureaucracy to limit individual achievement & defenders of a social order premised on it; a culture premised on personal responsibility in all human interaction.

Since 2008, American Democrats have moved dramatically to the far Left. They have embraced an egalitarian collectivism reminiscent of the horrors the Eighteenth Century Jacobins imposed on France, or which the Bolsheviks imposed on Russia, after World War I. Apologizing for a once proud history, but supported with slavish uniformity by most of an indoctrinated media, a new Leftist leadership poses the greatest threat, yet, to the heritage of America, to the enduring legacy of the Founding Fathers.

The fact is we now really are two Americas

We have the Pro American party who love the USA.

We have the Anti American Party who want to totally change everything about the USA to something different.

There is no common ground between the two anymore. As Reagan said, it is a time of choosing.

Are we going to remain the USA or change into something completely different?

I actually had a dream that the next American Civil War would be the bloodiest in history.

Worse than the Russian and Chinese revolutions.

People either believe in the God given rights spelled out in the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights or the do not.
If this statement is true, there is only one outcome.
I pray it comes in time so that I might participate on behalf of my Grandchildren

I could envision the USA eventually splitting into the liberal states of America and the conservative states of America.

The Soviet Union dissolved into approx. 15 different countries. Could America experience something similar?

History has shown is that the borders of nations can change, and that new countries can be formed from pieces of other countries

In recent years, we see examples such as the break up of Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia.

And you have identified one of the indices of the absolute lunacy of the compulsion driven Left. People who have crossed the line where they can no longer recognize the most basic truths & relationships, really have nothing of value to contribute to even the most simple argumemt.

The problem is not in the diversity of cultures between the different States or between communities within a State. What makes the present situation catastrophic is the presence, now, of a huge group totally unwilling to even consider the real American value system: The limited Government; the fundamental responsibility expected of each citizen; personal property; religious freedom; the right to enjoy the fruits of one's labor and ingenuity.

The American Left has gone full tilt Nazi mob emulation, and has been getting away with it. (Anti-Fa is right out of the early 1930s.)

There are too many variables to foresee what follows the coming crisis. The anarchy developing among the Democratic Left could trigger something outside the bounds of “likely responses.”

I’ve thought for a long time that a split is the best bloodless solution-another benefit would be getting rid of the leftist states that have their heads so deep in the fed trough that they gobble up a disproportionate share of the tax dollars collected from states governed sensibly-Cali’s fires caused by bad forest maintenance, the homeless problems there, in Portland Oregon, in Seattle Washington, etc would be theirs alone-no more daddy fed to send money-sounds great to me-let them freeze in the dark and walk through the s*** on their sidewalks-and finance their own solar-and-wind only green energy...

Liberals in red states can sell out-voluntarily or under pressure-and move to blue states while conservatives like y’all move from blue ones to red-I’ll bet the liberals’ socialist paradise is as bankrupt and corrupt as a 3d world country in 5 years...

Igor Nikolaevich Panarin is a Russian professor and political scientist. He is best known for predicting in 1998 that the United States would disintegrate within the next few years.

In the summer of 1998, based on classified data about the state of the U.S. economy and society supplied to him by fellow analysts at FAPSI, Panarin forecast the probable disintegration of the US into 6 parts in 2010 (at the end of June – start of July 2010, as he specified on 10 December 2008), following a civil war triggered by mass immigration, economic decline, and moral degradation. He forecast financial and demographic changes provoking a political crisis in which wealthier states will withhold funds from the federal government, effectively seceding from the Union, leading to social unrest, civil war, national division, and intervention of foreign powers.

Panarin sees the task of the world elite as not letting the USA follow the Yugoslavian model of disintegration; it is desirable that it follows the Czechoslovakian model of disintegration so that everything goes calmly and peacefully.

Explaining his theory in an interview with Izvestia, Panarin stated that "The U.S. dollar isn't secured by anything. The country's foreign debt has grown like an avalanche; this is a pyramid, which has to collapse. ... Dissatisfaction is growing, and it is only being held back at the moment by the elections, and the hope [that President-elect Barack Obama] can work miracles. But when spring comes, it will be clear that there are no miracles."

] In an interview with The Wall Street Journal in DEC 2008, Panarin said: "There's a 55–45% chance right now that disintegration will occur. ... One could rejoice in that process ... But if we're talking reasonably, it's not the best scenario – for Russia. Though Russia would become more powerful on the global stage, he says, its economy would suffer because it currently depends heavily on the dollar and on trade with the U.S.

In March 2009, Panarin gave a speech at the Diplomatic Academy in which he stated that "There is a high probability that the collapse of the United States will occur by 2010" and predicted that Russia and China, which will soon become economic superpowers, will need to collaborate to rebuild the world economy with a new currency once the United States (and the U.S. dollar) cease to exist.

This hypothesis gained world attention a decade after its initial announcement due to the 2008 financial crisis and has been widely criticised since.

In October 2011, Panarin stated that Occupy Wall Street protests have "highlighted the ever-deepening split with America's ruling elite." He also cited several American professors and analysts who he claims support his view that the United States will soon collapse, including Gerald Celente, Stephen F. Cohen, and Thomas W. Chittum.

Here is another excerpt:

Did any reader ever sit in a classroom with his or her "equal" on either side? It is beyond merely unlikely! Each of us is a complex bundle, in very different proportions one from another, of aptitudes, aspirations, disabilities (both innate & consequential), as well as possible motivations in varying contexts (or circumstances), all influenced by experiences particular or peculiar to each individual. There is no logical reason to expect an equal level of social, material or spiritual accomplishment between any two of us.

I think your problem is the mindset that sees Government not as functional institution, but as a way to change reality-a sort of ultimate oxymoron. (Reality is. It is not part of the compulsion driven awareness of the indoctrinated Leftist. Hollywood is not the key to changing the future; not even in California.)

The Professor has an interesting imagination, but the map lumps people who do not necessarily lump. It is basic that one can predict a disaster; how the disaster will unfold, and what will follow is quite another matter.

We need to get back to a discussion of fundamental principles--and how they interact with contemporary contrivances by factions that simply do not accept the basic realities of human interaction in different contexts.

Here is another excerpt:

"3. Who is more likely to succeed: The person who follows the example of those who have succeeded, in any particular endeavor, or the person who allows power grasping politicians to poison his or her outlook? (Where a punitive hatred of those who made better decisions, replaces even the most basic work ethic, causing the subject to rationalize dependence on modern Pied Pipers?)

"What distinguished the Founding Fathers, in launching a social political vehicle, a Constitutional federation with a near total lack of dependence on bureaucracy, was a near total dependence on individual responsibility. What they unleashed was a dynamic, the creative, power of a far higher percentage of the citizenry, than could be reasonably expected in any of the major contemporary powers."
