2)No prosecution of McCabe. Court ordered up or down decision by DOJ on McCabe by tomorrow.

McCabe is NOT getting away. He’s toast. No freaking way the central “forger” of the FISA warrant process, along with Rosenswine and Comey. And those who acted to “sanitize” the FISA warrants from spying done through foreign FIVE EYES people— to get around the law. This cannot happen again, or we will have NO country.
No, McCabe is going to be prosecuted— and they have MUCH MORE evidence now. That is what is going on.
He dropped his “back pay” case against wrongful termination— because his “discovery” in a lawsuit would include incredibly illegal actions. Gitmo has been improved to protect criminals of this level from who they should really have been after.
