"Yes - They will litigate the Mfgs out of existence."

Absolutly… The insane extremism of Mexifornia is going nation wide simply because no one has the will or the necessary stones to stop it... The Late, great Constitution of the Long, gone United States of America is toast.....
If I'm wrong, I'll eat my "Make America Great Again" hat.... :(

Then flood the courts with similar lawsuits:

Lawsuits against winemakers, beer makers, and whiskey makers for all those who have developed cirrhosis, or who were hurt in accidents (or lost family members in accidents) due to a drunk driver.

Lawsuits against the entertainment industry for violent crimes that were depicted on TV, in movies, or glorified in hip-hop.

Lawsuits against the gaming industry for promoting violence.

Lawsuits against pharmaceutical companies for all those who committed suicide or committed violent acts while on anti-depressants.

Lawsuits against McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, and every other fast food outlet, because they cause obesity and atherosclerosis.

Lawsuits against auto manufacturers because of all those who have died in accidents (not much different than guns in that when used improperly they can kill).

Lawsuits against social media sites for mental anguish and suicides linked to cyber-bullying.

etc. etc.

I think this nullifies legislation that limits gun manufactures exempt from laws where their products are used in crimes.

No, see 45. This is procedural. Sadly, good companies will still have to spend money to defend the existing law.

I believe strongly in the law of unintended consequences.

If the liberal left destroy the retail firearms industry, the 3D printing industry, hobby milling machine industry, and the manufacturers of 80% lowers and parts will seem boom times.

During WW2 resistance groups all over the world make single shot, semiautomatic and fully automatic firearms in garages.
The technology is not difficult, it just requires a will.

Can I sue Kohler if I fall in the shower? Can I sue both GM and Goodyear if I get a flat? Can I sue the Supremes for their stupidity?

Well, at least in kali, prop 65 lets you know that using the ladder is known to cause cancer in kali. Or something.

Yazoo’s Andrew Chung is playing with words getting everybody all worked up.
That headline is misleading that SCOTUS procedural legal decision has nothing to do with removing a manufactures protection but about a legal action against one moving on in a state court.

You can bet your bottom dollar that leftwing sell-out John Rodgers was the deciding vote to let gun companies be sued. GW Bush’s gift to America who keeps stabbing the American public in the back.

I am pretty sure that I am right...but you can’t have too many guns or too much ammo.

With respect, if the court simply struck down the suit without going through procedures that have been in place for hundreds of years, it would have done a disservice to our entire system of law. You actually want procedure to be followed, so the courts in the future are much less likely to think that it is OK to re-examine a ruling and overturn it. Leave political rulings to the left, we need to do things the right way and restore the rule of law in this country.

Man, the law Congress passed is plain as day. Judges in this country simply don’t care.

Man, the law Congress passed is plain as day. Judges in this country simply don’t care.

They are lawyers who do not care what is written in clear words...lawyers find ways to break corporate and private contracts, last wills mean nothing to lawyers and pre-nuptial agreements are able to be pierced if there is enough money to be made.

The majority of our elected officials are lawyers...the judges are lawyers, etc. We are ruled by lawyers who write laws and punch holes in them.

Nothing has meaning, nothing is "iron-clad" and the constitution and "rights" are things to be toyed with by lawyers.
