He gives himself too much credit.
It is being hung up because he is a dumb ass. That’s all.

Neil Young has been involved in US politics for years. He hated Nixon, liked Reagan, hated Bush II, endorsed Bernie Sanders, and has hostile but complicated relations with Trump.

Not a huge Neil Young fan, but I like that song about flying mother nature’s silver seed to a new home in the sun.

He says he wants to become a US citizen so he can vote then he boasts he will be a dual citizen so also a Canadian citizen.
Dipsh!t Leftard is supposed to RENOUNCE his foreign allegiance to become a US citizen.
On this ground alone he should be forever stamped DENIED.

He wants to become a US citizen for the same reason Peter Jennings did, to be able to vote against the Republican incumbent yet both Canucks claimed to retain their Canadian citizenship.
That's not how our elections work. Denied.\

There must be other factors. Smoking MJ is not all that uncommon today. There are even real doctors who prescribe it.
Maybe Neil has a record of donating money to questionable organizations.
He might not even know all such an organization is doing. Neil has been famous for over 50 years, and is probably used to people coming to him for money. That is reason I could believe. “Neil, have you ever donated to a group called ‘CAIR’?”

My Goodness. This president seems to know every high profile person of the last 40 years. So many have already met him for one reason or another. Even the late Prince wrote a song about Donald Trump. A short, jazzy number about how Trump will make you believe almost anything.

Think I’ll roll another Canadian on the road.
I feel able to lay a whooping on this toad.
But before too long I might put out his left-tard light.
Look out, mama, I’m feeling right-wing again tonight!

But Neil you'll have the same citizenship
as the "Southern Man" you despise. Really, can't
take you seriously guy. You've had nothing but contempt
for America all of your life. Go back to your
socialist paradise of Canada with it's immature
boyish Prime Minister and stay there.

Sounds like he wants to commit VOTER FRAUD, first by voting for Pajama Boy in Canada, then running down here and quickly voting for another Leftist. Not much different than voting in both Florida and NY.

Because hes been a heavy drug user for over half a century and likely to need all sorts of expensive medical care which he will avoid paying for by blowing all of his wealth so he can enjoy the wealth and then taking what he can get from the tax payers dime. Many Canadians seek medical care in the US because Canada's socialized health care system sucks. But regardless of where he goes, it won't change the fact that his music sucks as well.
