On Friday, six Democratic presidential candidates spoke to a handful of people at the first-ever "Presidential Forum on Environmental Justice," held at South Carolina State University. More people probably would have attended the event if they knew what "environmental justice" means.
According to a press release from the event organizers, the forum gave "candidates an opportunity to share their policies and visions for the country through an environmental justice lens, and moreover, connect and learn from voters of color whose issues are frequently overlooked. The forum will center the voices of marginalized communities to learn how presidential hopefuls intend to manage climate change, environmental pollution and public health risks that disproportionately affect communities of color."
The event was hosted by the National Black Caucus of State Legislators and around two dozen other national and local organizations. Elizabeth Warren, Corey Booker, Tom Steyer, Marianne Williamson, John Delaney, and Joe Sestak all took questions and participated in the discussion.

It’s a tactic of the left. If they allowed you to feel good about being white even for a minute, its over for them. White guilt is the only thing keeping the Democrat party afloat.
Very interesting that some chose to sit in the back when there are plenty of seats up close. That says to me they are not that interested.
But let’s give kudos to those environmental justice warriors that did show up!
Well apparently the biggest issue facing black minorities is incarceration and sentencing reform.
Maybe if 50% of the black male youth were not committing crimes that got them sent to jail it would not be an issue.
No one is MAKING them commit crimes.
And the dirty little secret no one mentions is the factual statistics. 50% of ALL crime is committed by 5% of the population (young black males)
And no one else mentions that 50% are on Welfare, and the 50% that are working mostly work for the government.
The federal government is staffed with black minorities at 3 times their rate in the population.
Stating facts is not racism. It’s facing the reality of what liberal policies have DONE TO THEM.
Before Democrat President LBJ said “I’ll have them n*****s voting Democrat for 200 years” 85% lived in homes with a married mother and father. Now it’s something like 15%

Warren’s entire base is the overeducated white guilt hippie segment.. yet she can’t get more than a few hundred to show up on a college campus to see her.. yet, she’s one of the “front runners”???
Its almost like someone said, looking at the 2016 R primaries... “You couldn’t get a sorrier group of folks”... and the democrats said, “OH YEAH?!?!? HOLD MY BEER AND WATCH THIS!”
Was going to mention that too. Why anyone thought that 5 Caucasian candidates out of 6 (and most of them MINOR players) would draw at the school is beyond me.

Rule of thumb: “xxx justice” means, in leftist speak, “justifying socialism with xxx as the excuse”.
“Racial justice”: justify socialism with racial inequalities as the excuse
“Social justice”: justify socialism with gender/sexual inequalities as the excuse
“Economic justice” justify socialism with economic inequalities as the excuse
“Environmental justice”: justify socialism with some hypothetical environmental disaster as the excuse
