I didn’t read the article. I was too stunned by the fact that AOL still exists.
Is he a drug addict?
I’ve never heard that about him.
I do know he is full of rage.
Here’s another stain on Bale.....
His father-——recently deceased-——was married to uber-feminazi Gloria Steinem.
No idea about drugs but he is a great actor. He did play a drug addict boxing trainer for a movie about boxer Mickey Ward.
It was a great movie. His performance as the brother was insanely great.
Batman star Christian Bale was today arrested over claims he attacked his mother and sister before appearing at the launch of his new blockbuster film.
The 34-year-old actor is alleged to have lashed out at mother Jenny, 61, and sister Sharon, 40, in his suite at Park Lane’s Dorchester Hotel on Sunday.
The two women, who live in Dorset, went to a Hampshire police station yesterday to make their allegations formally.
Officers at Scotland Yard were then passed the complaint and Bale voluntarily attended a police station this morning.
Speaking from an upstairs window of her home in Bournemouth, Sharon would only say it was a “family matter”.
Bale spent several hours in custody at Belgravia police station in central London before being released on police bail this afternoon. He was driven away from the police station, and a pack of photographers, in a silver people carrier, and returned to the Dorchester.
Earlier, a Scotland Yard spokesman said: “We can confirm we have received an allegation from another force in relation to an alleged incident in central London.
“A 34-year-old man attended a central London police station this morning by appointment and was arrested in connection with an allegation of assault.”

Bale called Cheney a “charisma-free a**hole” and thanked Satan for inspiring his performance during his Golden Globes acceptance speech.
I’ve enjoyed most of his performances (never saw the Cheney movie). Why can’t these folks just shut up and act?! Sadly, thrusting a microphone in front of someone automatically makes them (and their listeners) assume they have something cogent to say.

I read the article, but I don’t see any mention of drug use in it, unless I missed it.
What a liar. Secondhand knowledge of anything is only a rumor and although true, not credible.
I too think he is a great actor. A lot of great artists & performers are a-holes in person, or have some other gaping character flaw (think Robin Williams). It’s just the nature of the beast. Ironically, its probably their flaws that help make them great.
I thought he did a good job portraying Cheney’s demeanor and mannerisms. He certainly did look and talk like Cheney. You do come away from the movie with the sense that Cheney is a super-intelligent puppet-master. I did not think it was entirely a negative portrayal.

I just call my people carrier a CAR.
Every stooge in the media got it right for once. Cheney brought the only gravitas the Bush White House ever had.
