Give me a break! Delco died decades ago to the Philadelphia “refugees”. I recently passed through parts of Upper Darby and see no difference between city and suburb. The brothers and sister run things now and they can have it.

i think the last time dems ran delco was sometime around the civil war. My dad used to complain about the war board that ran the county. Keep in mind there are little towns and townships that are still republican. Ridley. ridley park, marple, springfield etc. and these control the school taxes which are already high. These are county and many judgeships that are dem. and that is really bad for the state. I don’t know what happened but i will tell you that the republicans were ahead until after midnight because i kept checking. I wish now i had done a snapshot to see which towns were still not reporting. Darby and chester come to mind.
