True, now lets look at the senate's efficiency. According to wikileaks, there are currently 4 vacancies on the U.S. Courts of Appeals, 88 vacancies on the U.S. District Courts, 2 vacancies on the U.S. Court of International Trade, and 17 announced federal judicial vacancies that will occur before the end of Trump's first term (5 for the Courts of Appeals and 12 for District Courts).

The DemocRATS had a conniption when he was being confirmed for his District Court judgeship. I’ll love to see their whining when he goes through the Appeals Court confirmation process.
And Lindsey, he had a background investigation and hearing just last year so there’s no reason you can’t accelerate the confirmation process this time with a simple “update” confirmation.
