Typically I avoid chicom products but I gave in today and bought a bag of cheap Old Roy puppy chow at Walmart.
Not for the dog but for the flock of turkeys that have adopted our bird feeder. We’re being eaten out of house and home.
Hopefully they’ll like it and I can cut back on the more expensive seeds.

My wife is a veterinarian. Old Roy and similar cardboard products keeps her in business....sadly.

Don’t know if it has changed but a few years ago many Chinese with money would fly to Japan, load up with Japanese made products and fly back home.
They should consider moving there.

I am not sure I can do much, but I will be looking into this. My list of meds would choke a horse.
Blame Bill Clinton, in the last year of his presidency he signed legislation permitting China to take over the drug industry. Before that, the U.S.A. and Japan controlled most of it. Shortly after Clinton's move, China controlled over 80 percent by undercutting other countries. Both China and India control more than 90 percent of medical drugs to the world. Supposedly, one can buy from India, but India gets most of their source ingredients from China; net effect is that China controls the world's drug supply. The FDA has two inspectors for all of China, and China won't allow them to inspect their facilities; FDA was created to oversee drugs made in the U.S.A., not overseas. If we had hostilities with China, they could create havoc in our country by shutting down all drug supplies (you name it, they control it).
Fine with me. You want to be herded like cattle, told how many kids to have, get your organs harvested if you think the wrong thoughts? Go for it, idiots. Freedom isn’t free. Keep polishing your master’s boots.
