We had the same thing coming to an east Texas town I live in. They were going to open a slaughter plant and move about 250 Muslims into town. A church closed right across the street from the coming location. They were going to make it into a mosque. I believe we stopped it, but it certainly wasn't easy. The whole town found out(it was all done in secret)and we marched and voted city fathers out and replaced all we could with our people. Many were on the inside such as selling their cattle to the Muslims, a trucking company owner to ship them, and real estate brokers to put the land deal together. Some business owners were looking for 250 more customers. Everybody else was against it.
Most of the objections were to avoid sacrificing animals to an idol. There were others concerned with the environment. Apparently the amount of blood and guts would overflow our sewer systems. Holding tanks would overflow with a decent rain, ect.
I literally live in the middle of nowhere. You need people that watch this sort of thing because we found out about several other slaughter houses all over America. They have money men that bring money from shady ex cons. If they do it right, they can do it all in secret.

God Bless you and your neighbors who stopped that.

There’s one out here in the middle of Hillbilly Heaven.
I dread going by it, never look over that way and turn the stereo up as loud as it will go, when I do.
The screaming is horrible...especially the goats.
