The Trump Organization is "exploring" selling the rights to the Trump International Hotel in Washington, Eric Trump, the president's son and an executive vice president of the Trump Organization, told The Wall Street Journal in a Friday report.
"Since we opened our doors, we have received tremendous interest in this hotel and as real-estate developers, we are always willing to explore our options," the younger Trump told The Journal in a statement.
The company leased the historic Old Post Office building in DC, which houses the hotel, for 60 years beginning in 2013. The Trump Organization is reportedly looking to sell the rights for about $500 million — an extraordinarily large sum by hotel industry standards. The Journal reported that if the rights are sold for that amount it would make the deal one of the most lucrative in the industry's history.

Watch the Dems yap about Trump using his position to make a lot of money selling his hotel. Unfortunately, there is no way to prove a negative.
This is what the liberals wanted. They wanted Trump to divest his assets so he would have no conflicts of interest. So now, he says after the assets have appreciated greatly, OK! Let’s do this and sell at $500 Million! Liberals heads explode.

Yup . . . Trump has to give the hotel away for nothing or he is a “criminal” deserving to be impeached. . . hell, in their eyes, even giving it away would not help him.

Eric Trump on Hannity a few days ago said he has already paid lawyers millions back when the rat party called him to testify to the liar schiff. The rats don’t want truth. They want to punish.
I could probably afford a fork and maybe a spoon from the hotel dining room. Do you think they’ll sell it piece by piece?
Of course the a-holes will be screaming Banshees so we should look at EVERY elected officials business matters like Pelosi’s.
I do believe Trump has said from the start he would turn over any profits from foreign sources from that property.
It’s a great property, a great investment for the Trump organization.
So, let’s see how this works. If he doesn’t sell the hotel, he’s making money. If he sells the hotel, he’s making money. Got it.
The business maxim has always been buy low/sell high and the value of the property is probably about as high as it’s going to get. Strike now.
