When he sat there in front of Congress and couldn't even ask basic questions from the Republican committee members that any competent prosecutor should have been able to answer, he gave very compelling evidence that his entire investigation was a sham and needed to be re-examined from top to bottom.
His admission that the FBI never examined the DNC server, for example -- even though his team had already filed criminal charges against a bunch of Russians for "hacking" into it -- was probably the most damning thing I've ever seen a Federal prosecutor say in a public statement.

That’s a fact that NOBODY brings up.
The FBI determined that the Russians hacked the server.
They didn’t have the server to examine.
They relied on what the dnc told them.
Neither Julian Assange nor Seth Rich could be reached for comment...
