Parliamentary systems can be fascinating. Sometimes I fantasize that if we had one here, a "Trump" party could emerge and crowd out RU (Rino Uniparty). As Mr. Netanyahu has discovered, however, forming a government can be fraught with problems...
Of course, if we had such a system, Nancy Pelosi would be head of the government. ceteris paribus...
