After Theresa May’s three failed attempts to win over lawmakers, current U.K. leader Boris Johnson will put his own Brexit deal to the test during a historic Saturday sitting of the British Parliament.

The House of Commons will sit from 9.30 a.m. London time “until any hour,” according to the latest agenda paper. The House is sitting on a Saturday for the first time since 1982, when the U.K. was at war with Argentina.

As MPs prepare to vote on Boris Johnson’s EU withdrawal agreement, Guardian analysis shows that less than 5% of the original deal has been renegotiated, despite it being rejected by parliament three times.

Only 15 core pages of the original 293-page withdrawal agreement are related to the controversial protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland – commonly referred to as the Irish backstop. This is the only part of the withdrawal agreement that has been renegotiated, though there have also been changes to the accompanying non-binding political declaration.

Also, 11 pages of annexes relating to the original Irish backstop have been removed.

So if that’s true that this is all kabuki theater and Boris was designated by the establishment as the next man up because May had failed so badly that another face was needed to sell this excrement sandwich, one who talked tough so people believed he actually supported Brexit, but in truth just wants Britain to be locked in chains with Brussels holding the keys. I’d like to believe that’s not the case but Farrage came out hard against Boris’ plan and that’s good enough for me.

I tend to agree. Boris needed a exit strategy, and this would appear to be only five-percent better than the past May deal (voted down). Based on numbers needed, I’ll go and predict that it misses the pass number required by 10 votes minimum.

The thing about this...the EU said in clear language...there’s no more extensions with this deal offered. So the Benn requirement won’t matter.

I think he constructed this as a strategy...getting the failed vote, getting no more extensions....thus delivering a hard BREXIT. It burns up time on the clock and delivers what he promised.

Parliament tied his hands. They blocked a no deal brexit. If there,s no deal Boris is forced to take an extension.

Parliament voted not to accept the deal but what that means is the UK is headed for a no deal Brexit.

Johnson will put a bill before Parliament to get it done.

Parliament has no power to force the EU to grant an extension.

If the UK wants to remain - it can still file an Art. 49 revocation of Brexit notice and it will die right there.

He’s not going to ask for an extension and the EU won’t grant one.

The Brits can either leave or change their minds about Brexit.

They won’t be allowed fo have it both ways.

The EU won’t willingly allow the UK to leave.

Spygate is proof of that.
