...The population of the US is <350,000,000 (at least per recent official figures). So, where did Drudge come up with 1 billion readers in the first place? Maybe that site is big internationally? It would have to be very big internationally though, to come up with those numbers... It is not 1 billion unique readers.
The way this works is that if you go to Drudge's site 10 times in one week, you count as 10 readers for that week.
