President Trump on Wednesday blasted Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) following a heated meeting at the White House, questioning her mental fitness and commitment to the country.
"Nancy Pelosi needs help fast! There is either something wrong with her 'upstairs,' or she just plain doesn’t like our great Country," Trump tweeted.
"She had a total meltdown in the White House today," he continued. "It was very sad to watch. Pray for her, she is a very sick person!"
Pelosi's office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

I have a close relative with Alzheimers. I believe she knows she has ‘a problem’ and covers it by various gambits like changing-the-subject. But when the “sundowners” sets in it gets harder to cover. It becomes like a looped soundtrack. It’s sad, really.
Nancy Pelosi & Joe Biden are both showing outward signs of dementia in controlled public settings. It makes me wonder just how bad they really are? And the Media? FACT IS:..........Obama opened that door to Putin years ago when he and the Dems sought regime change in Syria..... when they pruposely eleminated Putin from particiapting in International Gatherings which pushed him toward China and others. Then Obama tried to stop it and failed miserably to undo his decisions.....Trumps just cleaning the Demorats messes.....Syria and Russia are just one of the many.
