Well, not ‘zactly.
There are very good rhetorical reasons to begin a sentence with ‘well’, especially in debate.
They’re afraid to cross that bridge.
Keep extending until everybody has forgotten, and then pretend that the matter never came up.
Read my lips...Folks....the Low life Democrat Party scum & vermin do not have the needed votes...period!!! Case Closed!!!
Bingo. This is all about throwing this fake and farce BS continuously out there for low information voters. They are so stupid (think of those "man on the street" questions) that they will think it's all legit and others are so dense that they will think President Trump actually is impeached. Half of our population is mentally retarded.
My hunch is that they do, and somehow, that dim bulb Pelosi knows that having the vote would doom the Democrat party to the ash bin for the 2020 election cycle.
Win the battle but lose the war.

When you ask someone a direct Yes or No question and they begin their answer with the word “Well,” there is a high probability of deception. “

Dang, I can't keep up with all the obsfucations. Is an impeachment ‘matter’ in the Constitution?
Oh, never mind, the Constitution doesn't ‘matter’ to the Deep State.
Yes that may be true, however,
imho, if in a conversation one says, “Well, that’s just not true.” v. “That’s just not true.”, I would say there is little grammatical weakness (and of course no error).
(but I’m just an engineer)
imho, if in a conversation one says, Well, thats just not true. v. Thats just not true., I would wonder why the heck one would speak to me in that tone ...
The CIA reprobate that represents me would vote for it and would lose in the next election.
That’s why Nancy doesn’t want a vote.
They should return their pay because they’re doing NOTHING
Of course, that was just an example. Could have been anything in a conversational exchange.
On the other hand, if that statement had been addressed to you by William F. Buckley I doubt you would be concerned by his ‘tone’.
btw, pedantically (as if I know what that word means (it’s a hard word)), is there a definition of “grammatically weak”, or is it just a subjective name for a forthcoming feeble statement? (if so, it has no basis).
Exactly my point.
Oh, never mind, the Constitution doesn’t matter to the Deep State.

They made that perfectly clear on Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009
Nancy only falsely certified Obama eligible to Hawaii, they wouldn’t do it, she faked out the other 49 states to do it for her.

No. I would be suspicious that that someone had slipped him a mickey.
I really wish they would, I don’t want to be represented by a CIA drone anymore.

Friend asking friend about movie: Well, like what was it about?
Friend responding: Well, like it is sort of hard to explain.
Good, then keep hammering Bidet and Son at every opportunity.

Name one.
What about starting a sentence with “So?”
Help me out. Too. LOL
