The Turks are really sick of the Kurds’ crap. No worries, they can buy arms from Russia and China.

“.....they can buy arms from Russia and China.”

I’m afraid that cat’s already out of the bag. A list of the ground force equipment they have been trading for and making themselves for a number of decades:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_equipment_of_the_Turkish_Land_Forces

of their Air Force equipment:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_active_aircraft_of_the_Turkish_Air_Force

of their naval equipment:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_active_ships_of_the_Turkish_Naval_Forces

A category list of the equipment:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Military_equipment_of_Turkey

Mobile arms:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gendarmerie_General_Command#Equipment

They are well enough armed to do a variety of damage to the Kurds near them already. And the arms are coming from countries all over the world. They’ve been busy for a while.

At the moment there is no information about NBC for them except they jointly share nukes with the US at Incirlik. But bio and chem have not been talked about. And that they can get from China who has the largest supply known. And they need the money to feed their people.

Well, meanwhile their Turkmen kin and Uyghur are dying out East... but it is easier for Erdogan to make his political victory hinging on an easy prey like Europe.

The EU is doing biz with Iran.

I don’t believe for one minute they’ll stop selling arms to Turkey

If you read the German media, this is BS.

An export ban has NOT yet been enacted.

Not by Germany or any other EU country.

Note to the EU: Talk is cheap.
