Now, PREPARE YOURSELVES at the White House, for some Obama appointed judge to try putting this law on hold.

It isn't a law, it's an executive order. What any president orders, the next can order against, even if no judge found fault with it. When Republicans controlled both houses of Congress in 2016 and 2017 would have been a great time to pass legislation like this...but Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell didn't.
