This MUST STOP. How can one peon Federal judge restrain POTUS? Restrain the whole country?

Judge George Daniels in the Southern District of New York issued a temporary nationwide injunction stopping the administration from enforcing the requirements, as well as a stay of the effective date.

The Supreme Court has the power to stomp on these lower court judges and put a stop to these judges who think they are the equal of the USSC and can make nation wide rulings.

They will continue to do this until they are either stopped by the Congress (unlikely) or the USSC.

Judges love to extend their reach beyond their grasp.

There are 13 VACANT District Court Judgeships in New York. Not a single District Judge nominee of Trump’s has been confirmed

Lindsey Graham needs to ELIMINATE the Blue Slip rule for District Court nominees. The DemocRATS are using it to eliminate the chance that a Trump judge would be randomly chosen to hear a case such as this one in New York. Same for California where Trump has not been able to fill any of the 14 VACANCIES of California District Court judgeships.

Fine. Deny all green cards until there is a final decision in favor of President Trump’s rule. No discrimination, just no green cards for anyone. Let the activist so-called judges, especially the lawless Obama “judges” figure out what to do about that.
