The Trump administration all but made a “declaration of war on the House over the impeachment inquiry” on Tuesday in a letter from White House Counsel Pat. A Cipollone, who told House Democrats that the president would not comply with their “illegitimate proceedings.”
Doubtless the thugs will call out their Orc mobs and wild riders to spread chaos, terror, and fire storms.

The Demoncrats, and media made a declaration of war the moment Trump announced his candidacy. The made escalated that war with the fake impeachment that is doing great harm to this nation; but they don’t care about that. The sad thing is, they would do it to any Republican President. So, Trump shouldn’t take it so personally.
Pelosi is slavishly following the script of Kafka’s “The Trial”.
I predict the left and the enemedia (but I repeat myself) will howl about how this, “Destroys our democracy,” and, “Is an affront to the office of the presidency,” while not saying a word about the unconstitutionality of the actions of the democrats.
The Dems and their mouthpiece media probably won’t even mention anything on this list of reasons that the White House gives for not cooperating with the unconstitutional so-called impeachment inquiry. Any remotely intelligent and fair American would see the obvious unfairness of these Dem witch hunt actions.
Unfortunately demoncrats are too intellectually lazy to investigate.

Someone said on the radio (NPR) this morning that the courts will stay out of impeachment matters because the Constitution says an impeachment trial is held in the Senate and thus not in a court.
Because Hildebeeste was the annointed heir to the throne.

It is very, very important to know that the W. H. document included footnotes providing the cases studies, rulings and historical precedent why those statements where made.

I was hoping that another question would be asked of the press present outside that hearing room.. How many of you have read the full transcript of the phone call between POTUS and the President of Ukraine? There are probably some of those so-called journalists who have not even read the full transcript. It would be harder for them to keep referring to Schiff’s “parody” interpretation of the transcript as if it were factual if they had read the full transcript.

Impeachment in the House, according to the Constitution, is the process the House engages in. Not the Speaker because the Speaker said so, not a committee, not a party, not a group of drunks that spent too much time in the "cloakroom", the House. The WHOLE HOUSE.

I disagree. The dems will force the courts involvement by running to the courts in an attempt to force the President to comply.
I am of the opinion that the courts will return an ruling that says, if you want a supena to be enforced, you have to open an investigation by the House - i.e. house vote required. I say that because it is the most neutral position that they can adopt, is based on precidence, and is the option that least changes the Constitution.
I agree. And further, the WILL of the House is expressed by a VOTE of the house.
The Declaration of War I’d like to see is the Marines occupying the Capitol Building, the Senate and House Office complexes, CIA Headquarters and FBI Headquarters.
That might change the equation a bit.
