That’s the second reference I’ve seen today about the US quitting the IPU. I think that your information is outdated.
I believe I read last week that the US won some case that oversees the IPU issues and will now be allowed to set its own postage rates, and that we’re no longer leaving.
In about a year we will no longer give China such favorable postage rates, unless I’m remembering incorrectly (I could be wrong about this).
I thought it went further back than 0bama but I’ve been long gone from SoCal.

From what I read here it seems to cover everything except the year long fight we all had with our government at the time to not sell out to the Communists. There were petitions. There was a lot of local organizing against allowing the Chinese to infiltrate our harbor, our atmosphere.
There was too much money for the politicians to really even try to pay any attention to what the little people wanted. They played their usual lip service. We lost, and they won.
I’m very pleased to see the Chinese out, and a true ally in if we can’t muster the funding to make it an American owned entity.

I hope we are not done with pursuing Greenland. My understanding is that the Chinese were trying to build an airport or Landing strips there. I’d be willing to bet this is still going on behind the scenes even though President Trump is not talking about it. It would make a pretty awesome October surprise. I’ll take it this October or next October I don’t care which one.
