Went to Blockbuster one Christmas when the whole family would be visiting, to pick out a movie all would enjoy.
Sis & I had heard the Big L was funny, so we got that.
The first 5 minutes was all we saw— a relentless barrage of F-bombs.
NOT funny at all to a houseful of Southern Baptists & a few Catholics on Christmas Day.

Instead of condemning a movie that you saw for all of five minutes I’d suggest that you should have done a little more research so you’d have discovered that it’s not really a movie for Christmas day with the kids.
I’d suggest “It’s a Wonderful life” or if you want funny “Christmas Vacation”. “The Big Lebowski” is a great movie but not exactly the best fit for your venue.
