Washington (CNN)The Justice Department will produce 500 pages of memos documenting what witnesses told special counsel Robert Mueller's office and the FBI during their investigation next month. The documents, known as 302s, memorialize interviews conducted by the office and form the backbone of much of the Mueller report. CNN and BuzzFeed News had sued for the documents under the Freedom of Information Act, and on Tuesday, a federal judge in Washington, DC, ordered the Justice Department to produce their first tranche of documents by November 1.

To be turned over to Pelosi and minions?
I am of the opinion that the President should sign an executve order requiring a video recording of any session that would produce a 302 report.
Judicial Watch should request the exact same material. Just as an insurance policy in case CNN does some cherry picked public release of only certain portions of what they get from DOJ.
Not that CNN would ever do anything so dishonest. ;-)
So the Justice Department has to drop what they are doing to be certain all types of regulations, laws, classifications aren’t released, or broken so this judge can satisfy the leftist cabal they bow to multiple times a day!? I think this Russia, Russia, Russia BS is over, and this judge just might need impeaching.
It really boils down to harassment of the Trump administration, and nothing more. Cloward-Piven tactics to impede the progress of the Justice Department so they can’t spend the time needed to investigate the investigators.
Buzzfeed huh? So they can tell how shocking slide #5 is?
Clickbait gossip site.
Just make them public and let everyone have access to them.
Corruption hates sunshine.
I dont know the legal argument for/against this, but Im all for disclosing what the Deep State does behind closed doors. Let The Sunshine In.
Judge Reggie B. Walton is one busy guy:
Judge tells DOJ to charge McCabe or drop investigation
The redactions alone will require a gross of magic markers.
Very busy guy:
Judge signals interest in removing Mueller report redactions
During more than two hours of oral arguments in Washington, District Judge Reggie Walton appeared on several occasions to side with attorneys for BuzzFeed and the nonprofit Electronic Privacy Information Center, which are seeking to remove the black bars covering nearly 1,000 items in former special counsel Robert Muellers final 448-page final report.
The COUP that never ends!!
So Pelosi did not like Mueller not getting in the Dim’s line of march, like a good little Leftist soldier, so, using a much cheaper standard for “guilt” and massively making innuendo hay out of the sows ear of “evidence”, Pelosi will charge Trump on unsubstantiated allegations she and her minions will make.
They know that unfounded allegations are all they need to try Trump in the hands of their dutiful media.
The Dims and their media are experts at taking a bunch of unconnected dots on a chart and drawing their own lines of connection, backed by no truth at all, just their innuendos.
and Reggie Walton is complaining!
8 Jan 2019: Big League Politics: EXCLUSIVE: Hacked Judge Reggie Walton Sat On Bench For Multiple Mueller-Comey Operations
by Patrick Howley
Former FISA court judge Reggie Walton is now under scrutiny due to evidence that Obama administration officials John Brennan and James Clapper hacked into Waltons phone records in addition to the phone records of Supreme Court Justice John Roberts and President Donald Trump before Trump ran for office. (READ: Evidence of the Walton Hack, and How Comey Covered It Up).
Now we know that Walton has been on the bench in multiple fraudulent Deep State operations...
Barr should tell them to pound sand, we are still waiting for the declass of all the other stuff.
