Righteously Angered – Mark Levin Discusses The Sneaky Construct of Pelosi’s Impeachment Plan…
Conservative Treehouse ^ | Sept. 29, 2019 | Sundance

Posted on 09/30/2019 12:09:41 PM PDT by libstripper

Thankfully word is getting out; people are starting to recognize the construct behind House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s highly political impeachment plan. [CTH will have more on the plan details soon because key democrats are leaving distinct fingerprints.]

In the first four minutes of this interview Mark Levin outlines how Speaker Pelosi is throwing out customs, traditions, processes and protocols within the House impeachment scheme. This is not a flaw of their plan, this is a key feature. As CTH has outlined, a concerted group of like-minded ideologues – that also consists of Lawfare allies, are following a plan developed soon after, if not before, the 2018 mid-term election.

By doing this Pelosi is destroying the constitutional validity of the proposed House impeachment proceedings, giving the administration a perfect basis for refusing to comply with any subpoenas for records or testimony. In addition, since the Senate's rules about accepting and processing impeachments coming from the House were drafted in light of those due process based rules, it would be entirely proper for the Senate to refuse to process any impeachment that came from Pelosi's new kangaroo court rules.

That would require courage.

I think we need to use the term “alleged impeachment” because it’s not an actual impeachment according to the law.

Rudy Giuliani:Trump Is Being “Framed,” Document Shows Ukrainian Prosecutor Saying Under Oath…

www.realclearpolitics.com ^ | September 29, 2019 | By Tim Hains
Posted on 9/30/2019, 7:56:13 AM by Red Badger

Sunday on ABC’s “This Week With George Stephanopoulos,” President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani produced a copy of a sworn witness statement from the Ukrainian prosecutor at the center of this week’s impeachment inquiry: Viktor Shokin. Shokin claims that he was forced out of office as Ukraine’s top prosecutor because he was leading a “wide-ranging corruption probe” into an energy company that was paying Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, $50,000 per month to sit on its board.

The affidavit was uploaded six months ago by “The Hill” columnist John Solomon and was reportedly produced as part of an ongoing criminal case in Austria.

“Why is this less credible than the whistleblower when this is direct knowledge and the whistleblower is hearsay?” Giuliani asked in the ABC interview.

Shokin alleges that he was “staunchly politically unaffiliated” and that then-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko ordered him to resign due to pressure from Joe Biden who was threatening to withhold $1 billion in subsidies to Ukraine “until I was removed from office.”

Shokin says: “The truth is that I was forced out because I was leading a wide-ranging corruption probe into Burisma Holdings…a natural gas firm active in Ukraine. Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, was a member of the Board of Directors. I presume Burisma, which was connected with gas extraction, had the support of the US Vice President Joe Biden because his son was on the Board of Directors.”

The Biden campaign responded later Sunday afternoon with a letter to TV networks including ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and Fox News to “demand” that Rudy Giuliani no longer be allowed on the air.

While I agree 100% with this opinion. The republicans are the single largest collection of Gutless Eunuchs in this country. McTurtle has already come out and stated that if the House sends over Articles of Impeachment the Senate MUST take them up.

There was a bit of encouragement on Rush today. He criticized Senator Grassley for complaining about the “unfairness” of Pelosi’s new rules to Republicans. Grassley’s statement might be an expression of the beginnings of just this thought. I’m going to contact my Senators, Alexander and Blackburn, about it.

A Seinfeld Impeachment

They raise a number of questions about the conversation and the unidentified “whistleblower,” but they manifestly do not demonstrate that Trump should be impeached.

Remember the running gag on Seinfeld that the whole show was about “nothing”? This is going to be a “Seinfeld impeachment”: it, too, is about nothing.

Why are we assuming McConnell, et al, don’t have so much to lose if PDJT stays on, and won’t go along with, country be dampened...I’m serious.

Hitlery would run if she didn’t think this was real.

Mitch McConnell must NOT proceed with an impeachment trial in the Senate UNLESS AND UNTIL Nazi Pelosi HOLDS AN OFFICIAL IMPEACHMENT INQUIRY VOTE ON THE HOUSE FLOOR.

Until THEN, McConnell needs to tell Pelosi to FOAD.

Whistleblower? His existence could be a MYTH.

WHO WROTE THE COMPLAINT because the Whistleblower SURE DIDN'T, and DID THE SOROS LAWYERS WHO WROTE THE COMPLAINT HAVE THE PROPER SECURITY CLEARANCES TO WRITE ABOUT AND DISCUSS TRUMP'S PHONE CALL?

LOTS OF SECURITY VIOLATIONS HERE!

Turtle said that, but he might have done it without full knowledge of the horrific things Pelosi’s rule changes will do. Thus, we must apply full pressure to our Senators to educate them and have them pressure Turtle on this.

I listened to nearly all of Rush today and he didn’t say anything about this while I was listening. It looks like this issue is just developing. We must do everything in our power to push it

It’s going to be hilarious when the story is written about this one after the cabal realize they can’t fool enough of the people all of the time. This is the greatest sting in history.
