NYC’s ban on what people can reasonably say is a violation of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment (14A) imo.
More specifically, Section 1 expressly prohibits the states from making laws that abridge rights that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect, 1st Amendment-protected right to free speech in this example, 14A expressly giving Congress the power to deal with such issues.
From the 14th Amendment:
"Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
"Section 5: The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."

We are still stuck with a worthless Congress left over from the lawless Obama Administration that will predictably continue to ignore its 14A duty to make penal laws that discourage state actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated protections, freedom of religious expression and free speech compromised in relatively recent incidents.
The remedy for constitutionally failed federal and state governments…
Patriots not only need to elect a new patriot Congress that will promise to fully support PDJT’s vision for MAGA, now KAG, but also consider this.
New patriot lawmakers also need to promise to do their 14A duty to make penal laws that discourage state actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated rights.

They will of course claim every single instance its said is out of hate. They can’t handle hearing a factually truthful term anymore.

It is also a “legal term” and a “Constitutional” term. (alien) and they weren’t talking about space men.
