Consider there are presently no farm vehicles like tractors or combines that are battery powered and there are no charging stations in fields to recharge mid harvest. Farmers also depend on diesel trucks to move their harvest to market. So how does Warren propose to develop and produce the farm equipment needed to feed the country in 16 years?
