"We are having the petitions here to recall Governor Newsom," Tyler Thompson, Owner of Redding Guns LLC. said. "He's classified California as a sanctuary state, that's not okay with me and that's not okay with all the people that come into my gun store who live up in Northern California." Thompson says he will begin offering the petition starting Thursday at his gun store on East Street in Redding. He says the cutoff date to sign it is February 13."They still have gun stores in California???!?

I fear that if Trump were removed from office, a great many Democrats would soon thereafter be removed from breathing.

The Rock might be a candidate in 2024.
He won’t run against Trump. He sounded like he was considering that originally, but quickly shut up about that darn fool talk, right quick.
Glad he shut up about that nonsense.

Local liberals are crying that this will "undo the results of an election" while screaming for President Trump's impeachment.
Good fun.

I was thinking the Rock would run as a Republican for governor of California. He then would have a background for running for president in 2024.

I’ll sign - I was a CA resident until a few years ago but who the heck cares? My name is probably still on the rolls in the county where I lived so there you go. I’m IN!

"There's no doubt he will be impeached."
Wow! Wish I had a dollar for every time that's been said, along with "Trump will never be President." I'd be a millionaire, ten times over.

Actually it was one of the wettest winters we’ve had.
It has also been cooler than normal.
That doesn’t mean there won’t be wildfires though.
A lot of water in the spring means a lot of undergrowth pops up. Later in the year it dries out and becomes great combustible material.
If it’s too dry, they tell us it’s a bad year for fire.
If it rains a lot, they tell us it’s a bad year for fire.

So, you've been stealing all of our cool, wet weather. Here in GA/AL, it's been weeks of unrelenting, stifling heat, and no end in sight. 90's every day, heat indices up in the 100's, even with low humidity. The retailers already have acres of decor out for three different holidays, but who wants to think about roasting a turkey or trimming a tree when it's still 85 after sundown? The grass is brown. The trees are brown. The only respite is to stay inside with the A/C on 72 and pretend it's fall. I'd donate a vital organ for a hurricane about now. As soon as my situation stabilizes, I'm moving back to the mountains. If my wife wants to sit here and sweat until she makes her own gravy, so be it. I'd rather shoo away bears than scratch at prickly heat all day.

Hey, sorry to hear that. Hope a big weather front moves in before long.
