In a Rolling Stone interview, Taylor Swift said she has a newfound obsession with politics.
“Really, I keep trying to learn as much as I can about politics, and it’s become something I’m now obsessed with, whereas before, I was living in this sort of political ambivalence because the person I voted for had always won,” Swift said.
"We were in such an amazing time when Obama was president because foreign nations respected us. We were so excited to have this dignified person in the White House. I think a lot of people are like me, where they just didn’t really know that this could happen. But I’m just focused on the 2020 election."

She is actually stupider than I thought, and that is saying something. Good luck to any group so desperate for publicity that they want to dialog with uneducable morons.
Apparently even some conservatives are afflicted with pathological celebrity worship fixation. Have to really wonder who funds and staffs this “think tank” and who they are able to influence. What serious person would consult with Taylor Swift for political insight or advice?
They should invite Kanye, too, heh heh.

This gal just admitted she knew nothing about politics during the period she idolized Jug Ears. Foreign countries laughed at the Kenyan and he and Mooch (and Grandma Mooch) were as undignified as they could be. The lack of self awareness of this entertainment idiot is staggering, yet she is too ignorant to realize it.
The Heritage Foundation no less.. I guess the ACU can have her speak at the next gathering.. and onto the Republican convention.

Taylor is likely to be treated nicely by the conservatives, and to learn something of value about setting policy.
For these reasons, Taylors Lib ‘friends’ are probably trying to talk her out of accepting the invitation.
