And that is not a rebuttal. Explain how what he is alleged to have done is illegal for the office of the President.
If Biden did illegally interfere in an Ukrainian internal criminal investigation of which sonny Biden was involved, then he should be before a grand jury right now.
Or perhaps we can let him hang for months while Bitch Warren gains on him.
Whichever happens, both Biden/kids and Warren/College fraud need to go before grand juries for criminal actions.
He certainly can’t say “No Collusion!” anymore.
But he certainly can. I suppose by “he” you mean the President.
