Poor kid didn’t have a chance at life. He was born to a gang banger father in a gang infested city. He was murdered by two brainless morons who were complete cowards. The murder of a 9 year old child is sickening, no matter where it happens.

I am pretty sure they don't sleep outside in Chicago in the winter. What I remember there was it snows early in the winter and melts in the spring.
