Judge Reaffirms Pact That Allowed Late Sex Predator Jeffrey Epstein To Skirt Federal Charges In 2008

After Epstein’s mysterious death, hope for justice for his victims is fading away.

U.S. District Judge Kenneth Marra has refused to invalidate a secret agreement that allowed deceased sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein to avoid federal charges, issuing a ruling which indicated that his death effectively rendered the case moot.

Epstein’s alleged victims filed a lawsuit with hopes to expose the federal government’s inappropriate behavior in how they handled the Epstein prosecution. Marra’s ruling has effectively thrown out that case, and the federal judge elaborated on his decision a 15-page order released on Monday.

“As a result of Mr. Epstein’s death, there can be no criminal prosecution against him and the Court cannot consider granting this relief to the victims,” Marra wrote.

Marra also failed to remove immunity for four women and other unnamed individuals who were allegedly Epstein’s accomplices in helping him groom teenage women for his illicit sex operation with his ruling.

Vulture lawyers wanted the government, i.e. we taxpayers, to give money to the victims. Of course we know know who’d get most of it. These same lawyers.

The original sentence provided for Epstein’s victims to sue and be compensated by Epstein (not taxpayers) and they were.

a secret agreement

Why are secret agreements permitted at all? They provide no benefit to the citizenry that I can discern.

a secret agreement

"If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government, and which against the usurpations of the national rulers, may be exerted with infinitely better prospect of success than against those of the rulers of an individual state. In a single state, if the persons intrusted with supreme power become usurpers, the different parcels, subdivisions, or districts of which it consists, having no distinct government in each, can take no regular measures for defense. The citizens must rush tumultuously to arms, without concert, without system, without resource; except in their courage and despair. "

Alexander Hamilton (Federalist #28, excerpt)

Judge Kenneth Marra needs to be INVESTIGATED!!! He sounds DIRTY!

Or, more likely he’s been informed by the powers-that-be that it would be unhealthy to invalidate the secret agreement and expose the key players.

Not sure exactly what that is trying to say, except maybe taking up arms against those who have screwed things up.

“Epstein is intel —LAY OFF.”

But WHOSE intel...?

The intel entity of the country that secretly RULES us, that controls our IT, our entertainment, and tells us which wars to fight in order to suit their needs, sometimes to their preference, and a few times just on their whim.

We are cattle to them.

The Federal Government made a nonprosecution agreement, with the U.S. Attorney at the time, probably being coerced by Bush and Clinton people to enter it; now it’s being upheld to protect the validity of any such future agreements. This all reminds me of an episode of “Sons of Anarchy” where the local U. S. Attorney had them on RICO charges and was about to move when he got word from the CIA to back off because they were special protected persons working for the CIA. Same thing here. Art imitated life. Call me bitter and cynical.

That’s it, and Epstein’s “suicide” just shows him what to watch out for. Doesn’t really matter who appointed him.

Just 2 months ago:

I thought that the people screaming that Stanley Kubrick had been murdered for blabbing too much were crazy.

Do I think they’re crazy NOW?

No.

billionaires, British monarchy and presidents think of how many people have died over the years when ever there was a possibility of exposure to difrent crimes within this group. We have had reporter die and detectives while investigating theses types of crimes . The judge is very aware that people with the resources that Epstein and those he was around have a good chance of killing a judge and getting away with it if they want to. I don’t know if I would be brave enough to cross this group.
