The short-lived new "allegations" against Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh were so weak that Senate investigators didn't follow up on them during the confirmation process, author Carrie Severino said Monday.
"This is the weakest of the weak type of allegations. It's really a shameful attempt to reignite these smears against Judge Kavanaugh that are utterly baseless," said Severino, the founder of the Judicial Crisis Network, on "Fox & Friends."
Late Sunday, the New York Times walked back an explosive report about a resurfaced allegation of sexual assault by Kavanaugh from his college days.
The Times piece by Robin Pogrebin and Kate Kelly, adapted from their forthcoming book, alleged there was corroboration of an incident in which Kavanaugh, as a college student at Yale, exposed himself to a female classmate at a party. News of the supposed "bombshell" prompted calls from numerous 2020 Democratic candidates to impeach Kavanaugh.
In a major revision late Sunday, a Times editors' note added a significant detail — that several friends of the alleged victim said she did not recall the purported sexual assault in question at all. The Times also stated for the first time that the alleged victim had refused to be interviewed and has made no comment about the episode.
The only firsthand statement concerning the supposed attack in the original piece, which was published on Saturday, came from a Clinton-connected lawyer who claimed to have witnessed it.

Here’s my guess. Someone just told Democrat leaders Ginsburg is now ill and in her final days.
Its a public reminder, to scare off Trump’s top picks to take RBG’s place.
Unless and until someone gets fired for this kind of stunt, the New York Times will never regain any creditibility. They are a joke.

NYTimes editors also omitted another important detail, that Max Stier, the accuser who “saw Mr. Kavanaugh with his pants down at a different drunken dorm party, where friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student,” worked as a Clinton defense attorney, or Stier’s legal battles with Kavanaugh during the Whitewater investigation.
You couldn’t be more right.
Democrats jumped on this hit piece like buzzards on carrion.

The fact remains, The NY Times is NOT a media outlet or news organization, they are Leftist activists that print their lies and garbage to aid their friends the Democrats.
And to glom on, over the weekend PrissyJuan Castro and Kamaltoe Harris called for Justice Kavanagh’s impeachment....
Their motto should be “Engage mouth, then brain”!

Truth is in the narrative if facts do not advance the narrative they can be dismissed or redefined to fit.It began in literary analysis where the author’s intent was irrelevant. Only the reader’s reactions mattered. It has moved to philosophy, history, and current events. The NYT is a part of this in every way. Here is a fact that no one can deny. The two reporters took the article from THEIR OWN BOOK. Yet they included the disclaimers in their book but not in the article. Here is the Malice that Kavanaugh must take legal action against.
