Even if indicted the jurors will find their cats killed and children threatened. This is the FBI don’t forget.

I am mistaken to call out “queue”. I now realize you were trying to say “Cue”.

My bad.

The Coup Cabal is desperate. Trying to manage the narrative

I'm hoping that Trey Gowdy's negative comment about FISA abuse indictments on Hannity was also just the Deep State trying to manage the narrative.

Grand juries are usually made up of volunteers and are screened prior to be seated.

Indicting grand juries are composed solely of those picked at random cross selection of citizens. Civil grand juries are usually volunteers appointed by judges to sit for a year. They do not have indicting powers.

I got out of jury duty....age factor....said I was a climate change contributor on an irregular basis which might upset the other jurors.

I'm pretty sure that's incorrect. I know here in Kentucky getting called for grand jury duty is certainly not voluntary, and I know it wasn't in Florida when I lived there.

I don’t remember any. A lot of disheartened moaning, but not enough adrenaline betwixt us all for one good screech.

Dream on! Nobody is getting indicted.

I will bet you $500 {to be donated by the loser to FR} that andymcabe is indicted before 12/31/2019. I can not speculate on conviction.

Please answer with a written acceptance on FR, before 9-20-2019 or there is no bet.

McCarthy is wrong. Grand juries vote “no bills” all the time, and McCarthy is being either dishonest or doesn’t know what he is talking about. Because he was a federal prosecutor, it could be either one.

Prosecutors ask grand juries to return a “no bill” so they can blame the grand jury as a cover for the prosecutor’s actual motives.

Would anybody be surprised if the prosecutors in the McCabe case said: “Oh gosh, gee whiz, that terrible old grand jury refused to indict! Oh well, it is all out of our hands! The people have spoken!”

Political favor done, no tracks left behind, all on the “up and up”. Right, Andy?

Mois? I’m an ex-paralegal. I do know that it takes the legal practitioners forever to do anything, though. The idea that a GJ would return no bill one day after they were empaneled strikes me as ludicrous.

I was thinking either Soggy Bottom Breakdown or Laugh-in music. But Benny Hill will work, too.

“I demand you tell me they didn’t indict me, and don’t do it again!!”

Nevertheless, McCabe’s legal team is demanding that the Justice Department disclose whether an indictment was declined and refrain from seeking an indictment in the future.

Pretty much the same thing.
