Election security is more than Russian hackers trying to change votes. We must secure the chain of custody of ballots, validate the identity of the voter, and maintain updated voter lists. Thus far, Democrats have shown no interest in any of that.
Take, for example, the race between former Republican Rep. David Valadao and Democrat T. J. Cox in California’s rural 21st district. When polls closed, Valadao led Cox by 6,000 votes — or 8 percent. That margin was wide enough for media outlets to call the race for Valadao.
However, late ballots delivered by third-party groups broke so heavily for Cox that he ultimately eked out an 843-vote victory. The results after ballot harvesting were very different from the polling before the race and since. In a July 2019 NRCC survey, Cox was polling at just 36 percent, while 52 percent said they would support "a potential Republican challenger." Valadao has since filed for a rematch.
The San Francisco Chronicle reported that elsewhere in the state, Orange County voters on election night 2018 were calling the registrar’s office asking if it was legitimate for someone to come to their door and ask if they could take their ballot.
Who was coming to the door? According to a January 2019 Los Angeles Times story, illegal Dreamers were deeply engaged in the process — not just delivering ballots, but helping voters fill them out.

Here is how the Dems steal elections — absentee ballots and ballot harvesting.
1. Activists contact individuals whose ballots they intend to harvest, instructing them to obtain absentee ballots via mail.
2. Absentee ballots can be obtained almost anywhere via the internet. No positive ID or proof of citizenship is required to gain a ballot
3. Activists tell their contacts to leave candidate choices blank or to vote as instructed by the activist..
4. Activists fill in the ballots after harvesting them from the “voters”.
This method was used extensively in California and will most certainly be applied in swing states to gain a majority.
It is also how boxes of ballots were “discovered” in car trunks after previous elections the last election when votes had already been tallied, in order to force a “recount”.

Probably the best way to get ballot harvesting outlawed in California is to have Republicans start doing it. Get a bunch of retired folks from deep blue districts who know their votes won’t matter and have them canvas neighborhoods. Have them bring along stacks of affidavits as well in case they meet voters who already had their vote pulled from them to make sure it was recorded correctly.

AND THIS---A realtime voter fraud incident. A developmentally disabled person recently visited the local California DMV to renew a California ID----- only the ID, not the driver’s license. The DMV INSISTED she register to vote. No doubt after she left, ballots were filled out in her name even though she has never visited a polling station.

-No matter how much vote harvesting they do, it will not affect the Presidency (California's number of electors is fixed until the next census, and the number of VOTES does not affect electoral allocation).
-No matter how much vote harvesting they do, it will not affect the Courts (California has a say in the population of the courts only through its senators, which are already chosen, and both are already democrats).

When you think about it you realize what you have described is the very reason the libtards are going to “lose it” when RBG croaks and there is no way she is going to hold in there for 5 more years. It really is bizarre to see the GOP complaining about Democrat ballot harvesting. California is now ballot harvesting precisely because the GOP supported the open borders agenda for 30 years.
Chain of custody is destroyed once an activist group takes possession of official documents. All harvested ballots should be shredded and then burned.

Jason’s article is excellent and the GOP and Trump’s re-election campaign better be aware of this epecially in California.
This exact method was used in Texas locally in the Dallas/Fort Worth area some years ago. Fortunately, the AG caught wind of it. But, it didn't happen without private citizen watchdogs leading them to the trail. And, they were able to show that it DID change the outcome of an election.
No. But I'm hoping that patriot groups such as Bikers for Trump are willing to support lawful voting practices.
